Individuals from the general public who desire to visit an inmate during the Saturday visitation times must schedule a visitation appointment Tuesday through Friday 8:00 to 1:00. Any individual can be denied a visit with an inmate if the visit would not be in the best interest of justice, case prosecution, operation of the jail, or could cause security concerns.
All visitors must be dressed in proper attire. Individuals who violate any of the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office policies will be removed from the facility and may be prohibited from any further visitation privileges.
