Trevor Justin Langley, 32, was sentenced by Judge Patrick Robb to serve a term of 10 years for Delivery of a Controlled Substance following a probation revocation hearing in Division 3 of the Circuit Court. Prosecuting Attorney Ron Holliday had filed a Motion to Revoke the defendant’s probation for a variety of violations of the conditions of probation as previously ordered by the court on November 22, 2016, including failing to report as directed and by leaving the State of Missouri without prior permission. Following the hearing, Judge Robb ordered the defendant’s probation revoked and the sentence of 10 years to be executed.
Langley had previously entered a plea of guilty to the felony of Delivery of Methamphetamine which occurred on February 24, 2016.
