Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney Ron Holliday today announced the filing of a Murder in the Second Degree charge in reference to the shooting death of Jaiden Drimmel, age 21, on 7‐11‐19 at 831 S. 23rd in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Dylan James Grippando, age 19, is charged with Murder in the Second Degree by causing the death of Drimmel by shooting him with a firearm. Murder in the Second Degree is a Class A Felony in the State of Missouri and carries with it a possible sentence of 10‐30 years, or Life Imprisonment, in the Department of Corrections.
The death of Jaiden Drimmel was originally reported to be a stabbing but the Prosecutor confirmed that a shooting caused the death.
