The Buchanan County Prosecutor has filed the following charge against Roy Kenneth Miller, Jr.: Felony Abuse of a Child Resulting in Death. The victim was a one year old infant. Abuse of a Child is a Class A Felony and carries a penalty of 10-30 years or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole until after 85% of any sentence ordered has been served.
