Buchanan County Emergency Management Director Bill Brinton will be receiving the 2023/2024 Honorary Alumni Association Award for his support and promotion of NWMSU.  He has been involved with the NWMSU Missouri Hope Exercise for more than a decade.  He has helped MOHOPE grow to more than 750 participants in this 3 day exercise.
