  • Filing begins on February 27, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.
  • Filing ends on March 26, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Filing will take place for the following County Office:

  • Assessor
  • Eastern District Commissioner
  • Western District Commissioner
  • Public Administrator
  • Sheriff
  • Treasurer

To appear as a candidate on the ballot, candidates must bring the following:

  • Valid form of identification
  • Copy of completed Department of Revenue Tax Affidavit Form 5120
  • Filing Receipt issued by your political party
  • Copy of a signed affidavit from a surety company, if applicable
